I am working as research associate at Darelab team at Athena Reasearch and Innovation Center. My research interests lie in Machine Learning integration into Database Systems and more specifically, the application of deep learning techniques to substitute components of the optimizer during the query optimization process, such as cardinality/selectivity estimation and execution time prediction.
